This is Sinead O'Connor now...

I honestly didn't believe that this was really Sinead O'Connor, but apparently it IS her and she now looks like Susan Boyle:

    All she needs to do is shave her head and drop 75 lbs and she would be back to her old self. LOL!

    she looks like hell!!! I don't think her dropping 75 lbs would fix that....Is that even her? Looks like it may be her senior citizen mother
