Random 11 songs: Snow Day

This week: Watchmen, U2 and a new trip!

I really hope you tet to listen to the show this week. Not only will you be thoroughly entertained by the wacky morning zoo-crew antics of Boris and Brandi, but we'll also be giving away some pretty sweet prizes this week. First of all, we have free copies of the new U2 CD "No Line On The Horizon". I've been listening to it nonstop for the past 5 days and it's AWESOME! We also have free movie tickets to see Watchmen. Oh yeah, and we'll be giving away another huge trip... more details on that this Thursday.

The Office: The Musical

Someone has iMovie and alot of time on their hands. Thank goodness, because this video is the shiznit!

The museum is boring I wanna go hom... AAAAAAH!

I understand how the LA Natural History Museum is trying to get kids interested in science. But having live dinosaurs roam around and scare the crap out of 5-year-olds will probably make them run for the door faster than any 90 minute circle-vision film about the Egyptians ever could.

The greatest essay ever wirtten about Walt Whitman

This kid almost nailed his essay about Walt Whitman. The only thing he forgot to include was the part about how Walt invented the candy sampler box.

Joe The What Now Who?

'Member Joe the plumber? Think hard... election... bald guy... not a real plumber. Yeah, that dude! Well, he's on a book signing tour (yes, he wrote a book!). Unfortunately, only 11 people showed up this week to see him at a Borders in Washington DC. The good news is that he sold so few books that he'll still be able to benefit from Obama's stimulus plan... so "yeay"!
