How did they ever identify this criminal?

I know you hate society and everything... but if you're considering a career in burglery you may want to wear a headband or something.  "Can you identify the theif?" "Well... he's bald, white, about 5'7", wearing his grampa's shirt... oh, and he's got a giant F*** YOU tattoo on his eyebrows."
