    Couldn't agree more! I wonder if they chose someone actually worthy of that title in the 90s?

    Just to be clear, I couldn't agree more with BORIS-- I'm definitely not in agreement with Billboard. My vote would probably go to Radiohead, Tool, or Pearl Jam for best band of the decade.
