Officials are baffled at how a Wisconsin woman got stuck on bridge, and managed to remain perched at a 45-degree angle as the bridge was raised.When officials noticed the vehicle, it was lowered, and the woman was able to leave after questioning.
Man, she should have just stepped on the gas Blues Brothers style and made the jump!
