This photo is taken from Britney's "Gimme More" video shoot back in 2007. For some reason Britney decided to put temporary tattoos over her boobs and dance around on stage. I think she was covered up with tassles or something in the final version of the video shoot. But she clearly isn't wearing anything in this photo. After the thousands of fake naked Britney photos that have surfaced over the past decade or so, it's hard to believe... but this is real.
