Seacrest or Boris?

Can you figure out which fat kid grew up to host American Idol and which one now hosts a crappy local morning radio show?

Yep, he's gay

Didn't finish your work? Send a "corrupted" file!

Do you have a last minute paper due and are too hung over to finish it? Is the boss hounding you to hand in a report that you completely forgot about? A new website has a way for you to buy some more time to get things done. Corrupted-files.com will sell you a genuine corrupted file. You simply rename it, send it and wait to hear from "the man" that they can't open it up. By then, hopefully you'll have enough time to finish up the real file and send it on over with your puzzlement on how the file could have been corrupted. This is a great idea that I wish I thought of back in college.

New iPhone is announced by Apple

Apple announced the new iPhone 3G S yesterday. Here are some of the highlights:

• Significantly faster performance, improved battery life
• Supports 7.2Mbps HSPDA
• 3 megapixel auto-focus camera, supports video
• Able to edit and share videos from phone
• Voice control
• Digital compass
• $199 for 16GB, $299 for 32GB, old 3G available for $99
• Ships with iPhone OS 3.0, on June 19th

Figures Brandi and I both bought our iPhones this year. This time around, AT&T isn't allowing people to upgrade to the new iPhone for a discount. In fact, current customers will have to pay an early upgrade price of $399 (16 GB) and $499 (32 GB). Sure, I'd like a better camera and longer battery life, but come on! The good news is that Apple is releasing their new operating system on June 17th to everyone, so we'll all still be getting an upgrade that includes cut and paste, MMS texting (Finally!) and some other neat features.

Zack Morris lives!

I know I've been pretty rough on Jimmy Fallon. His show stinks and he's not funny. However, I will give him credit for coming up with a great publicity stunt to get people to talk about his unfunny show. Jimmy is attempting to reunite the entire original cast of "Saved By The Bell". Last night he had Mark-Paul Gosselaar as a guest...in full character as Zach Morris (complete with enormous 80's cellphone). He talked about what he’s been up to since his days at Bayside High School and his romance with high school sweetheart Kelly (Tiffani-Amber Thiessen). He even joined The Roots to recreate “The Zack Attack” band singing a classic Saved By The Bell tune. Nicely done.

Brett Michaels almost beheaded at the Tonys

There's were so many things going on in my head last night:

What is Brett Michaels doing at the Tony Awards? If Brett went through all of the trouble to bring his equipment to perform at the Tonys, which is a celebration of live performance... why lip sync? And do such a bad job of it? And, honestly, why can't there be a new Simpsons or Family Guy on so I don't have to be sitting here watching the Tonys?

Watch the video clip. As the scenery comes down at the end of Brett's "performance" it practically takes off his head.

Britney Spears is topless... for reals

This photo is taken from Britney's "Gimme More" video shoot back in 2007. For some reason Britney decided to put temporary tattoos over her boobs and dance around on stage. I think she was covered up with tassles or something in the final version of the video shoot. But she clearly isn't wearing anything in this photo. After the thousands of fake naked Britney photos that have surfaced over the past decade or so, it's hard to believe... but this is real.
