Time waster of the week: Tone Matrix

The concept is simple, click on the grid and add notes. The notes play in an endless loop.  Simple... like crack.  I stopped eating, sleeping and have inserted a catheter so I can keep making these insanely addictive tunes.  Link

Foo Fighters tour rider coloring book!

The Foo Fighters are legendary for making strange demands on their tour rider (only green M&M's etc...).  They say it's to weed out venues that don't fully read through the entire document, causing serious problems with sound and staging.  Well, this year, they've created an interactive activity and coloring book for venues to read before preparing for a Foo Fighters concert.

Here are their food demands.  The production section of their rider is also filled with some pretty creative writing as well. Enjoy!

Weiner action figure

The Anthony Weiner doll is hitting stores this week.  Complege with gym shorts and a tag that says "Tweet This".  I'm not sure who would want this, but if you're in the market for a Weiner Doll, here's some more info.

Penis prank lives on at Google Maps

A few years ago, some students at a high school in New Zealand played a prank by using weed  killer to create some giant "dicktations" on the school grounds.  This may have been inspired by Summer Heights High.  The grass grew back years ago, but the prank still lives on thanks to Google Maps:

Chicks with Steve Busceme's Eyes

A few people sent me the link to this Tumblr containing photos of women with their eyes replaced by Steve Busceme's. Not sure why... but click on Taylor Swiftbusceme for the link.

Gilbert Gottfried was fired for these tweets

Gilbert Gottfried lost his job as the AFLAC duck yesterday because of the jokes he made about the Japanese Tsunami on Twitter. Were the jokes really that insensitive? Yeah, they were. But you can decide for yourself if they were funny (and if you're going to hell for laughing). Since he removed them from Twitter, you have to go here to read them.

Listener Submission: The Cup Size Choir

Thanks to listener, Rocco, for sending this one in. It's a virtual keyboard that you can play on your computer... The cool part? Each key is a different lovely lady dressed in lingere singing each note.

The 24 hour live Coco Cam is on

A live cam has been set up at The Conan O'Brien Show's new offices at TBS. So far you've missed a dancing taco, Labamba trying to solve a puzzle, Jazzercise and interns wrapping each other in toilet paper and cowboys with lassos. Oh yeah, Conan's been making some appearances too. Click the photo for the live feed and highlights of what's already aired (live feed ends later today).

Airsex world championships

This is the competition that Brandi was talking about this morning. Basically, unattractive people simulate having sex on stage. It's just like air guitar without the guitar and a lot more moaning. There are videos and photos on the website, and a calendar of upcoming tournaments if you're interested...

Introducing the Hopsicle

Time for a road trip to the East Village! A bar down there has introduced the Hopsicle. It's a can of beer that's been infused with sugar and lime juice then frozen for 4 days with a stick poking out. The bartender slices the can in half and you've got one of the best tasting push-pops ever!

Link of the week: your own handwriting font!

This is pretty cool... you can create your own font using your handwriting. I think it only works by using the website, so don't expect to be able to download a .ttf file to use in Word. Still, it's pretty damn cool! Let me know if you get it to work. Here's the link to the website to get started.

Don't let the TSA see you naked!

Do you remember the days before digital cameras when we had to store film in special bags so they didn't get exposed when going through the x-ray machine? Well, this company has developed similar technology for your junk.

They claim that their "flying pasties" will shield your naughty bits from the eyes of TSA screeners using new full body scanners. So, if you're heading out on vacation and have some freakish-looking genitalia, you might want to visit this website: Flyingpasties.com

Odd video hypnotizing viewers

Visit Google, type in 2204355 and hit the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button and you'll be presented with the video that is taking web users by storm. It's a continuous loop of a guy dancing while eating a couple of chicken drumsticks.

Engagement Fail

We stumbled across this Craig's List ad:

Engagement called off because the bride was caught in a gang bang? Priceless. If you're interested in a good deal, here's a link to the actual ad.
